ToolSostituzioni (later expanded into PuntoServicePlatform portal) is a management online web-based tool developed for Punto Service, a nursing home network in Italy.
The platform is intended to be used by employees to keep track of:
- Employees exchanges between branches;
- Freelances hourly rates per branch;
- Patients records;
- Patients daily/monthly presence;
- COVID tests and other COVID-related events;
- Other parameters related to specific jobs in branches.
