ToolSostituzioni (later expanded into PuntoServicePlatform portal) is a management online web-based tool developed for Punto Service, a nursing home network in Italy.

The platform is intended to be used by employees to keep track of:

• Employees exchanges between branches;
• Freelances hourly rates per branch;
• Patients records;
• Patients daily/monthly presence;
• COVID tests and other COVID-related events;
• Other parameters related to specific jobs in branches.
